PROJECT INFORMATION

The goal of this project was to create a fragrance and marketing plan for a brand. Moschino is amongst one of the most beloved Italian designer labels and stands for powerful social commentary through its ironic appropriation of pop-culture iconography. Its current fragrance designs are quirky and fun, however they have negligible sales revenue and fail to communicate social commentary.

 

Lois Lane, is a feminist icon rooted in American pop-culture, and is the inspiration of Moschino’s new fiercely feminine fragrance Love, Lois. Love, Lois will serve as a commentary on social issues facing equality between women and men. This is about empowering women, not bashing men. It is about empowering, embracing, and celebrating femininity.
